How does the AI audit work?
You send the short form. We reply personally within one business day (Melbourne time) to book a 30-minute video call with Jenn. On the call we work through your tools and your week, then recommend what to build first with fixed prices. You get a short written summary afterwards, and you decide whether to go ahead, do it yourself or do nothing.
- Request. Name, contact details and what takes up most of your time. Two minutes.
- Book. We reply personally within one business day with times for the call.
- The call. 30 minutes on Zoom or Google Meet: your tools, your workflows, where AI helps and where it does not.
- The summary. What we would build first, the fixed price and timeline, and anything you could do yourself.
Who is the AI audit for?
Owners and managers of Australian small and medium businesses that spend hours each week on enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, data entry or reporting, and already use software like Shopify, Xero, Cliniko, ServiceM8 or a CRM. It is less useful if you have no repeatable admin yet, or want a strategy deck rather than working systems.

What happens on the free AI audit?
A 30-minute video call (Zoom or Google Meet) with Jenn Yang. We go through how your business runs, which tools you use and where the repetitive work is. Then we name the first one to three systems worth building, explain why, and give you fixed AUD prices. No slides and no hard sell.
Is the AI audit really free?
Yes. The audit costs nothing and there is no obligation. If you go ahead, a Quick Start build is $497 one-off, productised AI packages start from $497 setup plus a monthly fee, and managed AI is $1,500, $2,000 or $4,000 a month (all AUD, ex GST).
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. It helps to know which software you use (for example Shopify, Xero, Cliniko, ServiceM8 or your CRM) and to have two or three jobs in mind that eat the most time each week. Screenshots of a typical enquiry or report are useful but optional.
How long until something is running?
A Quick Start build usually takes 5–10 working days. Productised packages go live in 5 to 14 working days depending on the package; a Claude Code Setup Day is one day.
Who owns what you build?
You do. You own the code, prompts and settings from day one. While we run an agent it uses our hosting and our Claude API account, and that usage is included in the monthly fee. If you stop, we move it to hosting and an Anthropic account in your name so it keeps running. Retainers and monthly fees are month to month. There is no lock-in contract.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send your NDA with your booking request and we will sign it before the call.
Do you work with businesses outside Australia?
We focus on Australian businesses, because our tools, pricing and knowledge of local rules (Privacy Act, Spam Act, AHPRA, TPB) are Australian. If you are overseas but serve Australian customers, we are happy to talk.
