A sole trader with a full diary and a phone that rings while they are on the tools often scores high on missed enquiries alone. A team of 2–10 usually scores on admin hours and follow-up. How is my score calculated?
Six questions, each weighted by how much manual time or lost revenue the answer signals: unanswered enquiries, hours lost to repetitive admin, lead and quote follow-up, where your data lives, how far you have got with AI, and your biggest bottleneck. The total becomes an opportunity score out of 100. A higher score means more to gain, not that you are doing anything wrong.
Do I have to give my email to see the result?
No. Your score, band and recommended first agent show straight away. The email is only if you want us to send a one-page action plan for your situation. Entirely optional.
