How much could AI
save your business?

A 30-second calculator with honest math, Australian rates, and a persona-tagged recommendation at the end. Move the sliders, see the savings, decide if a 30-minute audit is worth your time.

Your inputs

Drives the recommended agent + landing page.

Roughly how many people touch the work AI would replace.

15 hrs

Inventory, replies, follow-ups, scheduling, drafting, categorising, etc. The repetitive stuff, not strategy or relationship work.

Use the all-in cost: wage + super (11.5%) + 20% overhead. Owner-time = effective hourly (revenue / billable hours), not your wage.

Honest about the limits

This is a ballpark. The audit is the real number.

The estimator multiplies hours × rate × an empirical 70% absorption rate we see for structured admin work across 50+ Australian SMB deployments. Strategy, relationship, and judgement work absorbs less — usually 10–20%. If your inputs are mostly strategy hours, divide the headline by 3 and treat that as the floor.

The 30-minute audit replaces this estimator with a real fixed AUD quote against your actual workflows. We map the work live on the call, name the three highest-ROI agents we would build first, and quote each one on the spot. No discovery phase, no pitch theatre, no obligation.

Real questions about the math.

How does the estimator work?

Total hours/week of repetitive admin × 52 weeks × your hourly cost = the dollar value of that work. We multiply by 0.70 to estimate the share AI agents typically absorb (across 50+ Australian SMB deployments we usually compress 65–80% of structured admin work; we use 70% as the mid-case). The payback line divides our entry build fee by the weekly savings.

Is the 70% absorption rate realistic?

For structured, repetitive admin work (inventory, receipts, lead nurture, scheduling, review responses, draft generation) — yes, that is the band we see in production. For ad-hoc thinking work (strategy, judgement, relationship-building) AI absorbs much less, usually 10–20%. The estimator assumes the hours you enter are the structured kind. If your inputs are mostly strategy work, the savings will be lower than this calculator shows.

Does this estimate include the build cost?

The headline savings line is annual gross — before deducting any build or retainer cost. The "payback in X weeks" line factors in the $497 Quick Start build fee against your weekly savings. For a Growth retainer ($2,000/mo) you would deduct $24,000/year from the gross savings to get net.

What hourly rate should I use?

Use the loaded hourly cost of the people currently doing the work — that is wages + super (11.5%) + a 20% load for time-off, training and overhead. For a $25/hr admin staffer the loaded cost is ~$35/hr. For a $50/hr senior bookkeeper or junior agent it is ~$70/hr. For a principal or owner doing the work themselves, use your effective hourly rate (revenue / billable hours) rather than your wage — your opportunity cost is what matters.

How accurate is this for my business?

It is a ballpark, not a quote. Real numbers depend on which specific operations get automated, how clean your data is, and how willing the team is to trust the agent's output. The 30-minute audit call narrows this to a fixed AUD quote against your actual workflows. Book the audit and we will replace the estimate with a real number.
