On Autopilot offers six productised AI services, each with a fixed scope and a published price: AI Front Desk, AI Lead Engine, AI Content Engine, AI Inventory Watch, AI Bookkeeping Assist and Claude Code Setup Day. They cost from $497 setup plus $99 a month to $2,000 setup plus $499 a month (AUD, ex GST) and most go live within 5 to 14 working days.

Which AI service do I need?

Start from the problem, not the technology. Pick the row that sounds most like your week. If two rows fit, start with the one that loses you the most money (usually missed enquiries or slow replies to leads). If none fit, a Quick Start build ($497) builds one automation of your choice.

What is the difference between a package, a Quick Start and managed AI?

A package is a proven system with a setup fee and a monthly fee that covers hosting, Claude API usage and monitoring. A Quick Start build is a one-off $497 build of one automation, handed over with no monthly fee. Managed AI is a flat monthly fee ($1,500, $2,000 or $4,000) for us to run, fix and keep extending all of your agents.

    At 6am every day (with a second run at 8:15pm) it syncs warehouse stock and Shopify sales, raises stock and reorder alerts, drafts purchase orders for a person to approve and puts a Claude-written daily brief on the dashboard. Critical problems are emailed. Built by Ollie Watts, who is not a developer, with Claude Code. AI Inventory Watch is based on it.

How much do AI automation services cost in Australia?

On Autopilot's six productised AI services cost from $497 setup plus $99 a month (AI Inventory Watch) to $2,000 setup plus $499 a month (AI Lead Engine). The Claude Code Setup Day is $1,500 fixed. All prices are AUD and exclude GST.

Are these the only things you build?

No. These six cover the most common requests. For one specific job, a Quick Start build is $497 one-off. For several systems run and extended for you, managed AI is $1,500, $2,000 or $4,000 a month. Anything else starts with the free audit.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Hosting, Claude API usage, monitoring, fixes when a connected tool changes, and small tweaks to wording, prices or hours. Claude API usage on most productised agents runs $3–15 a month, and it is included in the monthly fee.

Can I combine packages?

Yes. Each package is priced as listed. If you want three or more systems looked after together, managed AI is often the simpler arrangement, and we will say which works out better on the audit call.

Do prices include GST?

No. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added to the invoice. Invoices come from Boring Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 67 671 943 758).

Do I own what you build?

Yes. You own the code, prompts and settings from day one. While we run an agent it uses our hosting and our Claude API account, and that usage is included in the monthly fee. If you stop, we move it to hosting and an Anthropic account in your name so it keeps running. Retainers and monthly fees are month to month. There is no lock-in contract.
