On Autopilot publishes every price. The AI audit is free. A Quick Start build is $497 one-off. Productised AI packages run from $497 setup + $99/month to $2,000 setup + $499/month. Managed AI is $1,500, $2,000 or $4,000 a month. All prices are AUD, ex GST, and monthly fees are month to month. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute AI audit with founder Jenn Yang.

There are three ways to buy. A one-off build (Quick Start build, $497). A productised AI package, which is a setup fee plus a monthly fee for hosting, Claude API usage and monitoring. Or managed AI, a flat monthly fee for us to run and extend all of your agents. Here is every price in one table.

The Quick Start build is our lowest-cost way in: $497 one-off (ex GST) for one automation, built, connected to the tools you already use and handed over to you. No monthly fee to us; running costs such as SMS, Claude API or an automation platform are billed to your own accounts. It usually takes 5–10 working days. We pick the automation together on the free audit call.
Not to be confused with AI Inventory Watch, which also has a $497 setup fee but is a specific stock-monitoring agent with a $99 monthly fee for hosting, Claude API usage and monitoring.
Managed AI
Managed AI from On Autopilot costs $1,500, $2,000 or $4,000 a month (AUD, ex GST), month to month. The tier depends on how many live agents we run for you and how much new building you want each month. You own the code, prompts and settings from day one. While we run an agent it uses our hosting and our Claude API account, and that usage is included in the monthly fee. If you stop, we move it to hosting and an Anthropic account in your name so it keeps running. Claude API usage on most productised agents runs $3–15 a month, and it is included in the monthly fee.

Two things cost $497, and they are different: the Quick Start build is $497 one-off for one automation with no monthly fee to us, while AI Inventory Watch is $497 to set up plus $99 a month. Read how managed AI works.
On productised packages, the monthly fee covers hosting, Claude API usage, monitoring, fixes when a connected tool changes, and small tweaks such as updated prices, hours or wording. Claude API usage on most productised agents runs $3–15 a month, and it is included in the monthly fee. On managed AI, it also covers building new agents and improvements at the pace of your tier.
For after-hours and repetitive work, usually yes, but it is not a like-for-like swap. A full-time receptionist on the award minimum costs at least $65,176 a year including super. An AI Front Desk costs $3,888 in year one. The AI covers nights, weekends and routine questions; a person still handles judgement, complaints and relationships.

Because you should know what something costs before you agree to it. Every package has a defined scope, timeline and price, and managed AI is a flat monthly fee. If a build takes us longer than planned, that is our cost, not yours.
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added to the invoice. We invoice through Boring Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 67 671 943 758). If your business is registered for GST you can usually claim the GST back as an input tax credit.
The price covers the agreed scope. If you ask for something extra mid-build (another data source, a second channel), we tell you the cost of that change before doing it, and you decide.
