Managed AI
Managed AI from On Autopilot costs $1,500, $2,000 or $4,000 a month (AUD, ex GST), month to month. The tier depends on how many live agents we run for you and how much new building you want each month. You own the code, prompts and settings from day one. While we run an agent it uses our hosting and our Claude API account, and that usage is included in the monthly fee. If you stop, we move it to hosting and an Anthropic account in your name so it keeps running. Claude API usage on most productised agents runs $3–15 a month, and it is included in the monthly fee.

At 6am every day (with a second run at 8:15pm) it syncs warehouse stock and Shopify sales, raises stock and reorder alerts, drafts purchase orders for a person to approve and puts a Claude-written daily brief on the dashboard. Critical problems are emailed. Built by Ollie Watts, who is not a developer, with Claude Code. AI Inventory Watch is based on it.

How it works
Three steps. A free 30-minute audit with Jenn to find the work worth automating and price it. A build, connected to your existing tools and tested on your real data before anything goes live (5 to 14 working days for most packages). Then we run it: hosting, Claude API usage, monitoring and fixes are covered by the monthly fee.

A 30-minute video call with Jenn. We go through where your team's time goes and which tools you run, then name the first one to three systems worth building, with fixed AUD prices. No charge, no obligation.

We connect to your tools with the least access needed (read-only wherever possible), build on Claude, and test against your real data in private first. You see and approve it before customers or staff do. Most packages go live in 5 to 14 working days.

It runs every day. The monthly fee covers hosting, Claude API usage, monitoring, fixes when a connected tool changes, and small tweaks. Want more built over time? That is managed AI. Either way, you own the code, prompts and settings.

We build on Anthropic's Claude models and Claude Code. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train their models.
Claude runs on servers outside Australia. Each agent sees only the data its job needs, and we document what goes where so you can cover it in your privacy policy under the Australian Privacy Principles.

That is not how we build. The agents take repetitive work off your team (after-hours replies, follow-ups, data entry, first drafts) and hand anything that needs judgement to a person.
