What you'll do with it
The first thing most Australian business owners do with this pack is paste the CLAUDE.md template into a project folder, install the recommended slash commands, and within an hour have a tighter Claude Code experience than they would have built in a week of trial and error.
The agent recipe is the bigger unlock. The nightly inventory audit is a real, running, production system. The pack includes everything you need to adapt it to your business, Shopify, Xero, Slack, Notion or whatever else you connect via MCP.
Why we give it away
Two reasons. First, it costs us nothing to share what we've already built and tested. Second, the people who use this pack and find it useful are the same people who eventually book a free audit because they hit the limits of what they can wire up themselves. Honest funnel.
What's not in the pack
- Anything project-specific (those go in your project's local CLAUDE.md)
- Any API keys or credentials (those go in your env vars, not in templates)
- Anything specific to a single client's business (we don't share client work)
Updates
The pack is versioned. We update it whenever Claude Code releases a new feature worth incorporating, when our own workflows evolve, or when readers spot a bug. Subscribers to the newsletter get the new version sent automatically.
