What you own

• The code and automations. Every workflow, script and integration we write is yours.
• The prompts and instructions. The carefully written instructions that make the AI answer in your business’s voice and follow your rules. This is often the most valuable part, and it is yours.
• The configurations and integrations. The connections to your calendar, CRM, phone system and accounting software.
• The API keys. These sit in your own accounts. You pay the underlying AI usage directly, at cost, with nothing marked up and hidden.

Nothing load-bearing is trapped inside a system only we can log into. If you walked away tomorrow, you would walk away with a working system.

Why there is no lock-in

A managed AI retainer pays for us to keep building, monitoring and improving your AI. It does not pay for the privilege of being allowed to use something we control. That distinction is deliberate.

3. You get a clean handover. Documentation so you, your in-house team, or another provider can pick it up without us.
